The site is equipped with chat and message board forums that are available 24 hours a day. Chat and forums require a separate registration but it is painless and worth your time to do so. The site also hosts weekly support groups for transgendered people as well as significant others and family members.

He specializes in identity, relationships, chronic illness, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and addictions.
